Dear CercleS member,

Please find attached a Council of Europe questionnaire seeking information on the use of the ELP. Each year the Council of Europe uses this data to compile a report on the ELP throughout Europe. We also attach a copy of the 2007 Interim Report which we are sure you will find interesting. (See context in Council of European email below.)

In order to provide the Council of Europe with comprehensive information on the use of the CercleS version of the ELP we would be grateful if University Language Centre staff who have been using the ELP could spare some time to complete the questionnaire, either in French or English.

We ask you to send your replies to us at this email address. We will then summarise the information so that we can send back to the CoE a SINGLE questionnaire regarding the CercleS ELP. For this reason we are ONLY interested in projects involving the CercleS version of the ELP.

Could you please send your completed copies by 31st March, so that we can put the information together by 15th April, as requested by the CoE . The email to which the questionnnaire should be sent is
