The Departamento de Letras, Artes e Comunicação of the  Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro invites applications for the post "Leitor de Inglês" beginning in the academic year 2011/2012.

Key requirements for employment include: competence as a native speaker of English, completed university degrees (preferably a PhD with a background in English linguistics), appropriate teaching experience and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and its implications for teaching and examinations are desirable.
